Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Account Terms

This page contains the most recent version of the Terms of Service.

• Accounts created using “bots” or other automated methods are prohibited and will be removed.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• You agree to receive booking reminders, relevant information, and marketing via phone, SMS, or email from Mobile Driving School. You have the option to opt out of any marketing.
• You must not post or submit false information to the service.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Mobile Driving School cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not use this service to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright.
• Mobile Driving School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the service, or any other services for any reason.
• Any violation of these terms or general conditions may result in the termination of your account.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the course will not be refunded, but they can be rebooked for another date if possible.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur 35% of the fee amount (this includes date changes).
• There will be no refunds for non-attendance.
• If a course is canceled by the provider, you will be rebooked for a future course date or a refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Both the client and Mobile Driving School reserves the right to terminate any service agreement for any reason, including the termination of services that are already in progress. No refunds will be issued where a service is deemed to have begun and is, in all intents and purposes, underway. Any money paid to us that constitutes payment for the provision of unused services will be refunded.

Changes to Services and Prices

• Mobile Driving School reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with or without prior notice.
• Prices for all services are subject to change, with or without notice.
• Mobile Driving School will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Vouchers and Gifts

• Vouchers are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Unused vouchers can be transferred between customers.
• Purchases with multiple vouchers can be gifted to an unlimited number of people at the time of purchase.
• Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Fees and Payments

• Credit card security is implemented using secure SSL encryption on all transactions, which are processed through a secure, trusted, PCI compliant payment gateway used by Mobile Driving School.
• All fees and transactions are in Australian dollars.

Disclaimer

• You use this website entirely at your own risk. The website is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, its use, or access without Mobile Driving School’s expressed written permission.
• Any Mobile Driving School customer, employee, member, staff, officer, or external contractor who receives verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) will have their account terminated immediately.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or other destructive code.
• You understand that Mobile Driving School relies on third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required for operation.
• Mobile Driving School does not guarantee that (i) the website will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results obtained from using the website will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, websites, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website will meet your expectations, or (v) any errors in the website will be corrected.
• You expressly understand and agree that Mobile Driving School shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Mobile Driving School has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the website; (ii) the cost of obtaining substitute goods and services as a result of any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained, messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the website; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the website; or (v) any other matter relating to the website.
• Mobile Driving School’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
